02 — Personal Narrative & Role-Fit
Overview: Craft a credible career arc that explains the lateral move into Apic. Distinguish between generic "I want to work on AI" and mission-aligned reasoning grounded in evidence.
What This Module Tests
- Narrative coherence — Can you tell a career story that sounds inevitable, not opportunistic?
- Lateral move credibility — Why you're leaving your current track, why now, why Apic (not any AI company)?
- Personal mission alignment — Do you operate from Apic's values, or are you performing them?
The hiring loop will use your "Tell me about yourself" answer as the control signal for everything else you say about motivation.
