- 5 recruiter-style questions — high-level fit, motivation, background
- 5 hiring-manager questions — past projects, judgment, customer instinct
- 5 technical architecture questions — Claude-specific design questions
- 5 values/behavioral questions — safety judgment, ambiguity, tough calls
- 3 executive-communication questions — translate same architecture across audiences
