Every module's bank is structured the same way:

  • 5 recruiter-style questions — high-level fit, motivation, background
  • 5 hiring-manager questions — past projects, judgment, customer instinct
  • 5 technical architecture questions — Claude-specific design questions
  • 5 values/behavioral questions — safety judgment, ambiguity, tough calls
  • 3 executive-communication questions — translate same architecture across audiences
  • 3 CISO/security questions — the trust-with-security-leadership conversation
